I ran my W9R3 today morning. Even last night I was not planning to run. I felt I needed one more day of rest. But today morning, the lure of running too strong to resist.
When I started this program, I was not confident of completing it. Thanks to this forum, the journey was smooth. The only credit I would take is I put the trainers and got out of the door. It was support, advice and encouragement that carried me through the track.
