Didn’t much like the look of the weather this morning but I’m determined to keep going. If I let the weather be an excuse for not attempting a run - I’ll never go!

I went....and had the best run yet! I loved that it was snowing and it felt like real fun, which isn’t something I would ever have thought I’d have said a few weeks ago - what’s happened to me?!

Picture of me feeling like a big kid! 😁

(Look at the actual state of me!)

Well done!! I’ve just done W6R1 in the snow! Every single one of my runs so far has been in rain, sleet, bitter cold or snow! It is lovely in the snow as you say, and makes the achievement seem even bigger! It will be interesting to see if I can run in the sun!!! Keep going, you obviously have the right frame of mind and each week the sense of achievement is amazing!

Well done for your W6R1...and in the snow too!

Fabulous! It's wasn't snowing when I set off this morning but it did start while I was out. It was a bit blustery with it so not as much fun 😆

It was snowing sideways... hence the grin, it seemed ridiculous for me to be doing my run in such conditions... but it was fun!

Being a big kid is one of the joys of being a runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I can’t say that all my runs will be this enjoyable... time will tell. But this one was fun! So I’ll take that and remember it when it gets a little tougher. Thanks 😊

Wk3R1 done - tired but happy!

Well, it appears I can run for 3 minutes without dying - in fact without too much trouble physically

WK3R1 scared!!!

Starting week 3 tonight, and the thought of running for 3 minutes straight is making me feel nervous

Should pay more attention wk3r1

another 3 min run..blimey that went quick - only to be caught out when my anticipated 90s final run...
