That was tough but I did it, really wish there wasn’t so many hills in Cornwall the Flat (ish) circuit is going to get a bit boring, hopefully later on(lot later) Hill’s won’t b a problem

No... I know that feeling..it takes a very long time... like loving to go out in the torrential rain :) I used to think that flat roads started to tilt up when they say me coming..

You are doing brilliantly!

If you are bored..this was a post I wrote about hills!

Well done on W3R1. I'm due to do the same today ... up in Cumbria we have some hills too and sometimes when that timer goes off for the next running segment you might just be arriving at the start of a biggie! I feel like a lab animal ... the beeper goes and I start up.

My wife, who's been running for a lot longer, told me that I need to work on varying my pace, so I can last the longer running segments without running out of steam. I don't know about you, but I'm not even sure I know how to control my pace yet. I just do go, go slow and stop.

Anyway, hope you have a positive week!

Thanks good luck for today, I tend to turn round on the flat before I have to run up the big hills so then I can walk up them, one day will b running up them!!
