Who knew 3 mins was so long?! That first 3 minute section was tough going at the end. The second one wasn’t as bad I thought though. Icy bits appearing on the trail/paths/grass on my route now so I was being extra snail-like today. Tired but chuffed that I’m making progress

Well done you ⭐️ We’re all very proud of you 😀
Well done!! I’m also wk 3 run 1 and strangely found the 2nd 3 min run harder. Clearly we’re all at different levels, but I agree that I never knew 3 mins was so long. Are you enjoying it? Keep it up!!
