Week 6 first run

I wasn't too sure about going out this morning as we've had snow overnight. Not a lot, just a fine dusting.

Anyway, I decided to get out and see and if it was too bad I'd just come back in again.

It was fine, lovely and crisp underfoot and I didn't feel concerned that I might slip so off I jolly well went for my first run in snow!

It was a good run so I'm glad I went out. I hope Wednesday is just as good.

Well done! I went out this morning too with the exact same mind set, just go and give it a go and see what happens, so pleased I did was a lovely run, great start to the week

I’ve just done the same run, also in snow! Well done us! Every one of my runs so far has been rain, sleet, bitter cold or snow! Even more of an achievement! My next run is Thursday, good luck with yours

I'm doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday for now. It suits me having the weekend off.

Yes that’s perfect. Unfortunately I work odd days and alternative weekends so have to do Monday, Thursday and Saturday! I think whatever works for you is great as long as you keep to a regular pattern. I know I need that specific ‘run day’ in my mind!
