I left it two days since the biggy and was feeling a bit funny about this run. I think because people keep saying it can catch you out so I was a bit worried about it. I heeded the advice, decided not to time the runs and slowed down a bit, especially for the first one. It was actually absolutely fine. Weirdly my legs felt heavy the first five mins but the first five mins of the biggy the other day went by in a speedy flash. Glad I took the advice, thanks all!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 6, you took that run slow and steady and found it 👌 OK, one more run with interval walks and runs then it's all non stop running 🏃🏾.
I read the other day someone said as the plan went on they needed two rest days, I think I might be that person. Migraines must be horrible, hope you feel up to it soon but if you don’t you must take the rest you need. Good luck!
Harder than week 5 run 3? Everyone says this one can catch you out. Did you feel out of breath the whole way? Sometimes I change during a run, back and forth between out of breath and ok. I would put this one behind you given what people say about it. When are you going to attempt the second?
Next run is Sunday, hoping I can just put it behind me like you say, to be honest I prefer to run in the morning not in the evening and I did feel sluggish 😢
Well done for getting through it. Slow and steady seems to be the way. Reading through the comments why is it some people find this one harder than W5R3?
Back to intervals I think is the reason. I think it is a mental plan as well as a physical, I think we all stress over the third run of week five, they stick us back on intervals so we don’t notice run 3 of week 6. C25K is not fooling me though, I know what is coming up! 😳
