I woke up this morning, looked out my window and the snow was coming down thick and fast! So I rushed to get my running gear on and went straight out before the snow became ice π I didnβt want to end up having to have loads of days off again!
It was a hard run, I knew I could do it, but I really had to push myself to the end! I managed to speed up a bit for my last minute this time which I didnβt manage to do in run 1 so thatβs progress! π I run a small route so I do laps, so an interesting benefit of the snow was getting to see my footprints from the previous lap! I always feel like my run is more of a shuffle π but upon seeing my footprints in the snow it turns out my strides are longer than I think they are - Iβm running for sure! So that was cool π roll on run 3!

Give it a bash! It certainly makes the snow more interesting haha
A cunning plan HexGirl follow the footprints π£π£ π I'm pretty certain you're not shuffling making the progress you are!! If you're a strava or smart watch user it'll give you a rough guide of your running cadence π€
Just don't get hung up stats and all the tech it'll just clutter your running, I'm all for simple trainer's on and go (clothes of course π) but naked at the same time π
Well done HexGirl, youβre doing great, running in snow too, that shows determination and commitment, brilliant ! ππ»ππ»πββοΈβοΈβοΈ
