Back from morning jog. Legs like lead. Tried these stretching things after but found that I can't reach my foot. Ha! Well done.
Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Next Saturday morning at the time I usually run a not parkrun I have an appointment for my first Covid 19 vaccination, so I'll run that on Friday morning.
