Hi everyone. So many of you encouraged me at the beginning of my journey, I just thought I would check in and say hi.

Completed week 5 run 1 just now in torrential rain. The smile on my face must have made the dog walkers in the park think I'm crazy 😜

Five weeks ago, the dream of running along the gorgeous Oxwich Bay beach on my wedding morning was exactly that..... a dream. Now I know I will run along that beach and back again by May 22.

For anyone just starting out and doubting themselves, please stick with it. The plan works and it really doesn't matter how long it takes to complete it.....just don't stop.

W5 is such an exciting week. When you smash R3 you’ll realise what you’re truly made of and the rest of the programme suddenly feels so achievable. Keep it up! 😎
