Completed run 3 of week 1 today despite the British weather. Had such an amazing time with my music blaring in the suburbs. Looking forward to starting week 2 now.

It chopped the grey, leaky clouds off. I returned as a drowned rat.
You did better than me, I opted for the treadmill instead but wasn't sure what gradient to use to replicate running on the harder pavements.??
