W4R2 finished with oomph!

I completed this run yesterday, with much more energy than W4R1. The previous run I just about managed to get my body to keep moving, this time I just felt like I had loads of energy and the legs had really warmed up by the end (not so much climbing the hill in the middle of the run!!), so the last 2 or 2.5 minutes I really sped up. It definitely violated the 'run at a speed that you can hold a conversation' rule, I couldn't have maintained it for much longer than this, but it just felt really good to push myself! I'm very aware that the next run will likely be me finding it really tough to just maintain a jog again, but it was nice to experience just a couple of minutes of it just feeling fantastic to run!

Good luck with it! You'll be fine :) You'll soon be ahead of me, I'm tending to run every 3rd day as I'm finding this hard on my shins and another muscle that I pulled a bit in the early weeks. But at least slow progress is still progress!
