I completed 20 minutes relatively well, now i’m at the 28 minutes and I can’t even seem to run 15 minutes without feeling exhausted. I’ve not changed my pace or anything so i’m stumped! Anyone else reach a block?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and postrengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.

How do you know you've not changed your pace?
This is a simple issue to solve.
You say you feel exhausted at 15 minutes. What physical symptoms do you have at the point you need to stop? How is your breathing? Are you knackered? Out of breath, gasping etc? How are the legs?
If your breathing is laboured at any point, if you're feeling tired when you shouldn't... slow down. It's that simple.
There is a pace, everyone has it, and it's very individual, at which you jog (JOG!) along quite nicely, happily etc, being able to breath without any discomfort, you can talk easily ('chatty pace') ... and you can finish your jog (JOG!) feeling like you could carry on if you had to. THAT'S what you're aiming for.
