Week 7 DONE ✅

That’s week 7 finished off this morning and I’m feeling good! I know I DID run for 25 minutes three times this week but still can’t believe I’m actually doing this and sticking to it. Best thing I’ve done in ages.

Now the thought of stepping into week 8 and running for 28 minutes doesn’t seem too scary. 3 minutes more doesn’t sound much - am I in for a shock next week?

Well done and you’ll be fine next week. You’re right 3 minutes isn’t that much more 😀

Thanks. The mantra is in my brain that’s for sure. No way could I do this otherwise.

Have you got to that level literally by going from “couch”/zero running to where you are at W7?

Yup. Absolutely 100% zero running before starting this. Gasping for breath running for 1 minute at the start but somehow getting hooked and here I am.

I’ve never really found any exercise that has properly ‘stuck’ before. I think this is working because I can do it any time anywhere so it’s easier to fit around life and not be restricted.

It does kind of feel like some other me has taken over, but I like her! 😀

Good luck in your journey. Believe me, if I can get this far, anyone can.

Well done you and no 3 minutes isn't that much more when you consider what you've already achieved . Good luck 😊
