So I am due to start week 7 run 1, another 25 minutes run, and I know it stays at this or goes up to 30 minutes! I find myself checking the time during these long runs, despite of good music to listen to, changing my location, because not only do I get tired at the end, I’m getting bored of it!?!
Can anyone advise me please?

Not sure if its really a good idea, but something I used to do on longer runs was call up a good friend and have a chat - they say you should be running at a conversational pace so it is a good way to keep in line with that too in my opinion But it definitely helps to take your mind off the run!
A distraction technique I use is doing some kind of maths...silly stuff. Like I am doing week three run one today and I still have another six weeks of runs that will take me to.... Or I have eight days till I go on holiday , where will I be to by then..... Sounds silly but it takes the mind off the run.... Count how many of your family and friends have birthdays before Christmas!....
I purposely run a different route each time I go out, which stops me getting bored and also means I don't know how much longer I have to run. I also go out at different times of the day, sometimes due to work, mainly to avoid weather extremes! I have a smart watch which is set to manage my music, so I don't have the time or distance showing on it (I'm too stupid to manage my watch while running to do more than one thing). I find the first five minutes running really difficult to get into my stride/breathing, but after that I tend to settle in to the run and my mind thinks about other things; usually things like "does that path look like it's going downhill?" Sometimes when I see people I make up little stories about them to keep me amused too. I like numbers too so if I hear "you've done five minutes" I tend to think "20% done, not far to go" and that positive affirmation helps me to keep going.
At different times I’ve run to music and to podcasts of Desert Island Discs/ Private Passions but for the longer continuous runs (yesterday was Week 8 Run 1) I’ve now switched to audiobooks borrowed from my local library via BorrowBox.
Currently listening to “Trespass” by Rose Tremain read by Juliet Stephenson (recommended) and each chapter is between 10 and 20 minutes so enough time for my mind to get lost in the story and forget about what my body is doing.
Good luck with your remaining runs and getting to graduation
