So the step from 25 to 28 minutes! I’m so relieved to stop at 25 minutes I’m not sure I have another 3 minutes in me 😂 One rest day tomorrow then we’ll see. Also retuning to full time teaching next week so will have to fit in one of my runs on a school day which will be interesting 🤔

The runs get longer........your pace gets slower, just like an elite athlete..........a 5000m runner does not run at the same pace as a 100m runner.

Pace yourself and you will do it.

This is exactly how I am feeling 😂 I guess we will see though. I am also returning to work and really don't want to lose the momentum I have at the moment.

Yes definitely. I’m not really a morning person but can’t see myself running after work either!
