W8 R1 DONE

Last week I was worrying about about the extra three minutes that I would have to do in week 8. Today I ran the extra three minutes first and then my normal 25 minutes 😄

It was a very slow run and it gives me lot of confidence that i can do longer runs also albeit slowly. I am glad week 8 has started well

Well done, you are very nearly there! Just keep on going and you’ll find that the extra 2 minutes of week 9 will be fuelled by euphoria, and that’ll take you across the finish line. Great feeling isn’t it already? Just wait to see how you feel at the end of week 9.....good on you.
