After completing week 1 and 2, week three and the prospect of three minutes runs was causing a little anxiety. I wanted to post because I did it! I have read 'trust the programme' on here so many times but don't think I believed it until today. Monday's message -take it a day at a time and don't worry about the next run!

Great message to pass on Sarah! It is exactly that... one run at a time and trust in yourself too
Slow and steady is the way to go Well done you!
Well done! I also did W3R1 this morning and so pleasantly surprised. I can't believe how much I've improved in two weeks, the program really does work! This morning has definitely given me even more enthusiasm for the weeks to come xx
I should have done W3R1 but didn't feel ready yet. I repeated a W2 run and will probably move up next time. It's pretty scary - I've never done anything like this before and I really want to succeed and get fit.
I'm starting week 3 this week after repeating one run of week 2. Soo nervous but if I don't do it I'll do it again it's about stamina not time this.

I'm on W3R1 later this evening, I'm looking forward to it but also have some nerves, but, as always, I'm going to listen to Jo's prompts and not look at the time.
I have a nasty feeling my head will tell me to stop at some point as it did W2R2, but I'm going to ignore it and keep going (hopefully), I'm hoping if I maintain the pace which saw me through W2R3 I'll be fine
