Just finished my second run of week 2 only one more run ahhhh 😬!
Did the first 25 mins of the run at a faster but slower speed then when I started the week, and the did the last of the 5 at a regular jog speed, and then did another 12 mins at that speed so total run time today was 42 mins whaaaat!!! And 17 at a regular jog, super proud of that!
Today’s run was ‘sponsored’ by JLO and Shakira haha 😂 put their super bowl playlist on Spotify just to see and got lost in the nostalgia of the songs hahah
I had a bit of a Maryland 🍪 binge last night so think that spurred me on!
Including my warm up and cool down walks got to 4.8k so nearly there as a marker for me to visualise and feel the distance then next stage will be to run the whole 5k!

What? You ran 42 minutes? You freak! 😉 Well done! You be careful not to overdo it. I don't know what I did, but I have an ache in my knee. Thinking it might be cus of my flat feet, so not really because of doing too much. Wrong stand of my legs because of which there is too much stress on the inner knee-bands. Anyhow, do take care!
