Yeah I am so proud of myself after a very difficult and scary run last Sunday and being under the weather all week I apprehensively decided enough was enough and I was going to try my wk9 Run 2. On a zero degree very frosty morning this morning I bit the bullet and went for it!!!So with my heart event monitor strapped on and my chest light and phone with earphones in I looked like the bionic woman and feel like her now after that run!!! Was surprisingly smooth and breathing never bothered me once which I was surprised at after a weeks rest due to illness. I have done it I have run continuously for 30 mins and actually feel I can do it to hopefully graduate this week. Thank you for all the encouragement after my post last week and giving me the motivation to try again. Happy hammer and tjmazz I’m coming for you on that graduation line and will be waiting for all of you who are just behind me. Good luck everyone don’t let anything stop you from graduating from this amazing programme. Not even being able to run for 60 secs to 30 mins non stop. C25k I salute you 😀👍🏁👨🎓
