Week 6 in the 💼

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Just finished week 6 run 3 and soooo happy 😊, I used to always wonder what kind of person would want to run on Christmas Day when we used to go on holidays over the Christmas period in the past, turns out ME!

As usual ran at a snails pace for the majority of it (22mins) then upped the speed for the last 3 mins and then walked for 2 mins then ran another 3 mins then walked 1 mins then ran another 3, both on the faster speed! So technically ran 31 mins today... crazy

I am nowhere reaching the distance but I’m super happy I’m able to continuously run for 25 mins, never thought that would have been possible! Speed will come soon enough... I think...

Have a great day all you lovely folk xx
