Week 8 run 1 done! and it went so well! ๐ somehow I found this run easier than the 25 min runs! I kept a steady pace, never felt like I wanted/needed to stop and had the energy to speed up quite a bit at the end!
I think it helped that I changed my daily routine up a bit today. Usually I run first thing and walk my dog afterwards, but today I did it the other way around. Iโm not really a morning person (as much as Iโd like to be!) so I find rolling out of bed and going straight for a run quite hard. I find my runs are generally better when Iโve already been up and moving. Iโd already walked 6k before my run so I was plenty warm! Iโll probably stick to walking the dog first and running after, it seems to work for me!
