Wasn't expecting much of myself today. A bit tired before I started. First 5 minutes fine. Thought I'd add a wee hill in so I could keep a similar route as quite like it. Think undulating is best for me. After I'd run for I reckoned about 12 minutes spent the rest of the time wondering when I'd get my next time check. Just kept going. Came to the decision they were weaning me off app dependency. Finally thought I'd get told 1 minute left. Eventually looked at my watch. Turns out I did 31 minutes of running. Guess the app turned itself off. So overall pretty chuffed. Way off 5k though. In fact need to find another 700m and that's including the walk.๐๐คฃ

Good run for you "Slownsteady101" (love your username, slow and steady is the way to go on C25K and is the slogan mantra).
Not too long now until you graduate, just take all the other 5 runs slow and steady until you graduate with run 3 of week 9.

Stick to the program and do Wk8 R2 as normal (hope the app behaves)...with added confidence.
You will soon be graduating. There will be plenty of chance to work on improving your distance after that.๐xxx

Take it gently, there is no rush at all...just get to the 30 minute runs having fun
