Just come back from completing Week 9 Run 3 and I did it with the greatest distance of my three 30 minute runs. I managed 3.4Km. Now that I have completed C25K I am hoping consolidation runs of 30 minutes 3 times a week will help improve my performance to aim to get somewhere near 5Km in 30 minutes.
Anyway time for a shower followed by some mulled wine!
