Just come back from completing Week 9 Run 3 and I did it with the greatest distance of my three 30 minute runs. I managed 3.4Km. Now that I have completed C25K I am hoping consolidation runs of 30 minutes 3 times a week will help improve my performance to aim to get somewhere near 5Km in 30 minutes.
Anyway time for a shower followed by some mulled wine!

Congratulations on completing the course. Your mulled wine was fully deserved. I'm still some way short of 5k in 30 mins. I'm concentrating on building stamina and did 50 mins for the first time this week - but I still use Laura for the first 30 mins.
My daughter has decorated my running beanie with tinsel so I have to run today.
