I am so delighted to tell you that I have just completed Week 9, Run 3 of the Couch to 5k and ran 4.78km in 30 minutes.
I ran around Battersea Park and through the middle of the park where I started of on week one which was an amazing feeling, seeing just how far I have come and how much I love running. I feel so thrilled to have Graduated!!
I am treating myself to some new Sweaty Betty Leggings and running vests!!
Thank you so much for all your support.
Happy Running!!!πͺπͺπͺπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

Your welcome !
Have a look at this link for the consolidation club , it will give you a few ideas as to what to do next .
But basically, yes, if that's what you want to do , your almost at 5k anyway .
It's always a good idea to get the 30 min or 5k runs to become a habit before increasing the pace or distance too much too early .
But, as always if there is something your not sure off then ask on here , there will always be someone with an answer π
