So W3R1 was a bit disheartening as I found the second 3 minute run really tough.
Went out this morning and though I felt good at the beginning, I managed to slow myself down (and I mean really slow: I frequently get overtaken by brisk dog walkers ๐ฌ) It all went a lot better, and I think Iโve finally twigged that pacing myself applies to the whole time, not each individual run within it. If that makes sense ๐
Oh, and slight grumble: I seem to have already lost a bit from round the waist and now my running leggings are in danger of sliding down as I run ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

Donโt be disheartened you are doing really well, we all have times when it seems almost impossible. I always struggle for the first few minutes and think I canโt do it, then I tell myself yes you can!
Great news on the waist on 2 counts, 1 you are loosing weight and 2 you get to buy new running gear ๐คฃ๐คฃ
You've found a pace that works for you that's great . Maybe time to get yourself some new leggings you don't want to end up flashing your bum ๐ well done you ๐
