Hiya,

I am just returned from my run of W3R1 and it went rather well. At first it was very cold with a cold wind cutting through my fleece shirt. Luckily I had a body warmer on too, but my legs and arms were not too happy. After a bit the wind gave up though and then the 4°C didn't feel too bad, even despite the serious drizzle. It was not rain yet, but it was a serious drizzle. Nevertheless I have to say, I like drizzle (not rain) to run in. I am weird!

As for the running. 1,5 min was nothing. But with the 3 min I did feel my breathing speed up a little bit. My speed was back to snail after I ran too fast my previous run, which made I was able to do the whole training as should.

Happy me ☺
