.....who completely missed it when Laura told me that I am a proper runner now?

I keep seeing posts from people saying how great it made them feel, but I was obviously so focussed on mopping the rivers of sweat from my brow and tipping water down my neck that I tuned her out completely 🤣.

I tempted to re-do the run, just to hear her say it....

It's at the very end that your coach tells you that you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, so in some cases some runners may have switched off the app before that, congratulations to you on completing run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7.
