Just finished week 6 and it's been my favourite week so far. I've finished every run on a real high and felt like I was actually running instead of struggling along. Most of all, I actually enjoyed it!
R3 this morning was tough in the heat, and I'm feeling a little apprehensive about the fact that there's no walking breaks from this point but Michael told me I'm a runner now so I'm sure I'll cope! 🏃 ♀

I just finished week 6 this morning also but definitely can't say it was my favorite!! I am looking forward to next week hoping to try some new routes with the longer runs.
Weeks 7 and 8 are better in my view as you start to put longer runs together which is the main point of the plan. So you should have two nice weeks ahead, or 3 including the final week.
I remember enjoying weeks 5 and 6, when a lot of people were expressing apprehension. I think it was the rapid increase in the time I needed to run, that proved to be that I could do it.
I remember feeling like I was actually running rather than struggling too in Week 6. I think the intervals do teach you to start slowly which helps so much for future runs.
