Week 8 Run 3 - to Saturn and beyond!

Fantastic run this morning to end week 8. Did my linear run along the cycle track towards Saturn. Beautiful morning, cold and clear, with the sun shining golden on the iron bridge, pink wispy clouds, a pair of swans gliding serenely along the river. Even the sewage works looked magical in the morning light! My music was working again, and I felt great as I bobbed along to 'Green Onions'. This 60 year old body isn't doing too badly! Strava had a bit of a wobble, telling me I'd done nearly 6k at a pace of 4:35 mins per km - I think my pace was a bit quicker than previously but not that quick!

These old bodies can sure surprise us sometimes! And amazing views of the sewage plant too. Haha!
