Completed this morning. In fact I was back home before my alarm went off at its usual time of 6.30.
The run went well and I ran at a very consistant pace throughout and was able to put in a little kick at the end. That is not as good as it sounds as my last couple of minutes are downhill. Although I feel I have earned that downhill stretch earlier in the run.
Barring injury or illness I now know that I will complete next week's runs but I don't anticipate either. In fact I know that I will be able to run 5k and for 30 minutes. Just not at the same time.
Who would have thunk that was possible to make such progress in two months ago?
Two rest days then into the final week on Monday. Have a great weekend whether you are running or resting.

First of all to make running for 30 mins a week a habit. And probably to increase the pace over time. I cannot commit to much more time so I think if I was to run for longer I might stop. And I don't want to do that. I need to shift more weight too.
Congrats Nightingale! The incremental progression of this programme is unbelievable isn't it? I second your "who'd a thunk it". Back before the alarm went off though? You'll be finishing the runs before you even start them soon! See you in week 9
