Wasn’t really looking forward to this week as never been a runner but I’m actually surprised at myself for managing it!

Not sure how I’m going to manage the next few weeks though but just taking one run at a time.

It’s definitely a ‘mental’ thing and you have to ignore the devil on your shoulder saying you can’t do it.

Welcome! Rather than bombard you with stuff, I'll just suggest you read the guide that is in the previous reply, and do a bit of reading of other people's posts.

Week 3 is when I really got into running and rather than thinking of it as a chore started thinking of it as something I wanted to continue doing. My first post here was after W3R3.

Yes, there are challenging runs ahead, but having a positive attitude will keep you going through them.

Yes I’ve read quite a bit of information and other people’s posts which have really helped a lot

I’m feeling motivated and enjoying it so I hope it lasts 😊
