I’m on W3 too. Found the first 3 mins not too bad but last one neverending😱. Out again today so hope it gets easier. Keep reminding myself it’s only half an hour in all. Good luck with R2

i agree as well! completed my first session of the week 3 and now i can feel my legs.its the hills that are on my route that are just in the wrong place
I found week 3 my hardest (wk 9 now) transition. Keep on going and you will do this! Well Done.

Hi Sharsx I did w3r3 today and couldn't believe the difference from R1 in W3. It was truly shocking. The 90 secs went so fast, and even the second 3 mins went ok!
We're doing really well, we've just to keep at it and channel our inner snail 😂😂 I love that saying and say it to myself when the going gets a bit tough, it's worked every time so far.
