For some reason I set off way too fast today, and started feeling tired after only 5 minutes. Fortunately I realised my mistake and slowed down. Felt better after 10 minutes and settled down to more like normal pace. I'm finding it difficult to believe that I'm managing this. Week 1 was so hard. I didn't expect to get this far, but now I'm starting to think that graduation is possible. It won't be 5k, but I'll be happy with running for 35 minutes.

3 times 30 minutes is enough to graduate.
Those 35 minutes can wait til later!
I think everyone by Week 7 gets into a groove in the second half of each run. It just took me to Week 9 Run 1 today to find my groove!

Well done for getting this far, great achievement hey😁👍. I think many of us find it incredible to believe we've made it to the "longer" runs stage...that's down to effort and determination. Just getting to 30 min x 3 runs is fabulous..and enough to graduate.....I'm a snailer....and happy to be so. Good luck with the rest of your runs. 👍👏👏👏🏃♀️🙋
