I’ve just completed Week 4 Run 1. I wondered if I could complete it because between week 3 and 4 running jumps from 9 minutes to 16 minutes. When she said you’ve got a 5 minutes run left, I thought your joking, but I did it. As a proper coach potato I’m really proud of myself!

Well done.
Many people talk about Week 5 Run 3 as being the tough tone.
But Week 4 is the sneaky one! Going from 9 minutes to 16 minutes running in one week is HARD.
I repeated Week 4 - a great deal of it was mental.
But it looks as if you cracked it at the first go.
Be proud and enjoy it.
