We (my husband and I) have just completed W4R3 this morning along with our children - 10years and 13years who joined us as it's school holidays! They were a lot faster than us and our 13 year old was slightly reluctant to join us as he'd rather of stayed in bed however it was brilliant running together and it feels good to have completed it.
When I think back to this time last week I was dreading week 4 running for 5 minutes!!! Yet with some determination and a slower jogging pace through some of it we did it!
It's good to hear on the forums that other people feel similar to what I'm feeling which is great. It helps reading other people's comments so Thank You!
It's a great feeling when you've finished a week isn't it! π

I would love to get my husband to follow it. I couldn't run it with him though as I enjoy the peace. Plus, I think he would just want to go faster and get bored with my slower pace. I am hoping to encourage him to go out on his own and do it, but so far he isn't taking the hint.
Hi it was the other way round with us π My husband started with the idea and I joined him. We run at a similar pace (slow sometimes!) and chivvy each other along which is good but I totally get your enjoying "the peace" comment!
I live in a house with my husband, an opinionated almost 5 year old, a boob milk obsessed 16 month old, 2 cats that don't always get along and a noisy hamster, plus I work full time and I am out of the house at 6:30am.... as soon as my husband gets in from work on my run days I hand the reigns straight over and get out, just me and the music... and Michael of course! Couldn't run without his smooth tones interrupting my music.
My boy loves his food. He even has cows milk now but he will have a cup of milk in one hand whilst getting milk off me and then alternate. Funny really and it won't be forever so I look at the humour. He rarely asks for it when we are out and about now, but at home he brings me a cushion every 10 minutes. He figured out that me grabbing a cushion to uppity my arm was associated with milk. Too clever these babies x
