Have just done day 3 of week 8 and it was rubbish. I felt sick and then couldn't catch my breath and walked at about 20 mins, am so disappointed. I think I probably went too fast and didn't leave enough time after having a cup of coffee, so note to self to not try and rush everything!! Will repeat day 3 on Monday and hope that goes better before moving on to week 9 🙄

I’ll bet your next run will be completely different- we’ve all had a run where it’s just not gone as planned. When I did the week 5 run 3 , I was out 10 mins then thought - nope- I’m not feeling this and just walked in yet the next day I was determined it was not going to beat me and I did it easily. The end is in sight and for me week 9 was much more enjoyable than week 8 even though it was 2 minutes longer. Good luck !
Hi Cudrik, I found week 8 such a slog (each run felt laboured and a real mental and physical battle) which caught me by surprise as I’d been feeling pretty positive after week 7. Don’t be too hard on yourself as you’re making progress by just getting out there. You know you can run for 28 mins. I posted on this earlier in the week and had lots of kind people reassuring me that week 9 was actually better. I’ll find out next week!
It’s just a hiccup so don’t stress. You’re nearly there!! We all did a practice run sometime along the way. Podium is in sight! You CAN and WILL do this.
Don’t worry about it, we all have bad runs, I bet you will smash the next one!!
