So I’ve done runs 1&2 of week 8.
Run 1 was awful and I stopped about 6 times! Stupid as I was fine running the 25 mins with no stops last week.
Run 2 was a little better, 2 stops and only for about 40 seconds in total.
I’m running slow and steady but why do I have this mental block?
Run 3 in the morning, if I have to stop should I keep at the 28 mind until I am comfortable before going on to week 9?
Confused why I find week 8 so hard, I was hoping it would be the week I found my natural rhythm ...
