Week 8 Behind Me πŸ˜„

Having had a looooong week at work, just needed to get out there and finish week 8 tonight and it's now behind me 😊 Managed exactly 5k and at 7.38 /km, I feel as though I'm just plodding but finished. I'm finding it a little sad that I have just 3 runs left till G Day as it has taken me since 14th Feb 2015 to get here, but so pleased that I restarted at week 3 on 15th Feb this year and heading towards week 9. There is just so much support here from you all and appreciated every bit of it, thank you one and all. Until next week 😊

Graduation next week and it sounds as if you'll have no problem. You're not plodding at that pace, you're running! After graduation you can build up your stamina and will automatically get faster.

I was a bit sad at the thought of running without the podcasts, but I'm actually enjoying it very much. At the moment (a newbie graduate) there is so much to learn and do there don't seem to be enough runs in the week.

Good luck with next week, will be looking out for your posts and we'll all be standing at the finishing line!
