Well. Week 8 Run 3 done! This has been a challenging week. I've felt drained all week and it has been a struggle to get up and out in the mornings to run. BUT I met that challenge. Now week 9 looms, starting Monday. I can't quite believe that I've got this far. And my partner will be on week 3. Me doing this has motivated him to give it a go too. So once I've graduated I may join him on some of his longer runs (if he's ok with that lol) for encouragement and to keep me progressing. I'll whisper this next bit - I do quite like this running lark πββοΈπββοΈπ
Week 8 conquered : Well. Week 8 Run 3 done! This... - Couch to 5K
Week 8 conquered
Glad you posted this. I'm due to run wk 8 run 3 but I've been feeling drained this week. I'm glad at I'm not the only one. I'm heading out soon.
It's great that you are loving the running! Great job! Happy running and keep us posted how your final week goes. I'll see you on the graduation podium!
As per your name - Go for it! Felt better today after the 3rd run than i have all week so fingers crossed you will too. And then onto graduation week - keep your eyes on the prize π only a small matter of 3x30 min runs between us and the finish line π
Got back about 20 minutes ago. Yay! Did it and it was a good run!
I will probably add a post later. I'm in Canada and its 7.30am here, gotta get daughter off to school.
Made a start on week 9!! Who'd have thought it? How about you?
Hey there! Yes I did my first 30 minute run on Sunday. 4.33k in 30 minutes - not bad for an old bird!
How about you? How's it going?
I was lying in bed this am, thinking up a whole bunch of lame excuses not to go for my 2nd 30 minute run today. Then I got your message and it has kicked me into touch. So I'll go for a run later in the city. Mm mm.... love those exhaust fumes! But I do like a change of route and it gives me a loop / circuit to run for a change.
Thanks for your message - the timing was perfect!
