just about to do it. feel very tired and lacking in energy today due to a very late night so it might have been an idea to wait till tomorrow but here goes nothing... i haven't got an ounce of physical oomph in me, so welcome to my sheer bl**** mindedness and willpower... :-)

thank God i never have to do weeks 1 or 2 again. i found them monstrously difficult. hopefully week 3 will be easier on my body. cos i really haven't got it in me to do these again. it's how i finished each time just pushing cos i didn't want to have to do the runs again! lol

Well done!! We are literally running the same runs on the same day. I didn’t feel like I’ve either today but I did it too. We can do this!!!

how did you find the leap up from 90 to 3 mins? be really honest, it's me :-)

At the time I found all the increases tough but just kept the same mindset that I was not going to repeat them,

I always found the halfway bell good as I used to tell myself that as I keep moving I have less to do than I have already done 😁

I used all sorts of silly mind tricks but they worked for me

Well done D2C! When you *do* graduate, you’ll be able to go back and read these posts and marvel at how hard you found it.

I’ve just started Bridge to 10k 😱 and *ran* W3R1 this morning as a short “speed” run...instead of walking and slow jogging, I slow jogged and ran. If you had told me that I would be doing this back in August I would have laughed! I remember desperately counting off the seconds and hoping for the jogging parts to finish so I could walk.

The programme works, you’ll be fine

Well done! I just finished W2 tonight as well and am really looking forward to W3! I can feel it getting eaiser and I'm sure you are too, if your boyfriend's reaction is anything to go by. The fact you're still keeping to your schedule and getting out there speaks volumes. You (and I!) can do this...

Keep going!
