That's it, I graduated this morning, after nearly 4 months. First run was on 1st April and it seems like such a long time ago, so much has happened personally in that time, and to be honest the running has been a thread of sanity (yes really) keeping me going throughout! I have very sore legs but feel stronger and fitter than I've probably ever been which is a good thing to feel in your late 50s! I have so much more awareness of my body and how it works. I am running for about 3.6k, so the plan now is to continue and gradually increase that distance with the fitness! This is a wonderful programme, very clever and very achievable, so anyone thinking of doing it, or struggling through those first few weeks, keep going - you will be so pleased you did!
If I can, you all can!
