well a massive CON-GRAT-U-LAT-TIONS.... if you run for 30 mins you have done it yes...

...... dont worry about the speed, that will come the more you find your stride, but for now relax, kick back, feel smug, giggle to yourself & be very very happy.... then go back out and do it again on the weekend....

If you've done the three 30 minute runs of week 9 then yes, you have! Congratulations

Don't worry about 5k in 30 minutes, that comes later, if at all, for most of us (I can still only manage it in about 38 minutes)

Congratulations!! Of course it was 5k. 5k is the distance, not how fast you can run, and all the programmes are programmed to get you to run that distance. I run very slowly, as restarted the programme following a knee injury. This is about stamina, not speed.

So, give yourself a BIG pat on the back Tessitwo and....
