Improving Imc, thank you, I allowed myself to get beaten by the winter blues, not so much by the cold or rain just our infamous winds. Sounds rather insignificant in comparison to whats happening around the world and now lockdown in the UK again. Some good news though, jelly babies are now sold in bulk at the local supermarket ❀️ and Jaffa Cakes are still being imported and on the shelves. Who needs loo roll?

To check what you set your heart rate zones for use the Garmin connect app. Click on the ... more (on the bottom right corner) > Garmin Devices > Forerunner 245 > User settings> Heart Rate Zones. The top line says Based on: and that is where you can choose % Max HR, % Heart Rate Reserve or % of Lactate Threshold and enter your resting HR on the second line. Bing, bang, boom your heart rate zones are recalculated without any math on your part πŸ˜‰
