So I did it.

I realised that I turned left, one street too early, so I had to run 200m past where I had finished last Thursday.

I didn't get that far but reached as far as I did on Sunday in 25 minutes.

Then I carried on 50m to get back to the start of my route to prove I still had something in the tank.

Just under 2.8km in 25 minutes. I held back at the beginning so I know I can push it a bit more in the last 5 minutes of the next run. Hopefully I can reach 3.5km in 30 mins at the end of the programme.

Bit of a dull post - but I am positive now I can do this and just get better.

Well done, when you think about thosr first few weeks, running for 25 mins, seems mad! I reckon your about the same pace/speed as me, did w9r1 on mon, about 3.5 km, i know everyone says, dont worry about distance etc, but i guess we all keep an eye on it!
