W6- sore arms?

Hi all, returned back to C25K after a huge lapse in fitness over the first locknown. I've completed W6R2 today and my upper arms are so sore. No issues with muscle ache anywhere else. I'm stretching after every run. Anyone else have this issue, and any advice? I've run every other day since W1R1 so wondering if leaving it two days before the next run might help Thanks in advance.

Hi paxlm ...strange that your arms are hurting when most of the work is done with your legs so I can only think that maybe you're tensing up while you're running...unknowingly...or maybe tensing your shoulders which would probably have the same effect...try dropping your shoulders and don't clench your fists either, the pads of your fingers should gently touch the palm of your hand...these little changes might make all the difference...let us know how you get on next run

I sometimes find my wrists and forearms ache after a run and I'm not a floppy hand runner at all, It's a weird thing.
