Gremlins were back. Even before the snails run I was hot and sweaty and nervous which then caused a funny tummy. However, I kicked them into touch and gave it a go! I know it's all in the head - I'm only doing 3 minutes more than I've ran the previous 4 times.
Toxic ten was back and I really didn't settle into it until about half way but I persevered. No way are the gremlins winning - I am.
So really pleased that that one is out of the way and complete.
