3 runs done. Today I found a route that was the right distance so I wasn’t tracking back. The incline in the middle was a new challenge & I could really feel it on my thighs.
I feel great now. An awesome way to start the day, really helping my mental wellbeing which is a definite positive

Finding it works best for me to just get up and get out. Fortunate to have been off work for the first week so haven’t had to worry about the pre work Morning routine. I’ve got my alarm set for 6:00 on Wednesday, fingers crossed!!! Thanks for the support 👍
Well done Janey72; I have to remind myself how good I feel mentally post run and use this to motivate myself to get out and just do it! It’s a great ‘treatment’ for mental health. Well done on completing week 1. Have a great day 😊🙌🏻
