Just finished Week 2!

Hi again, just checking in to say I have now finished all three runs of week two. I’m happy to say I have only had a few aches (back of thigh and calf) which I dealt with by more scrupulous post-run stretching and a little foam rolling. Setting out each time feels fine but I am glad to see the end of each short run and my legs feel a bit tired and heavy in the afternoon. I will follow the advice about hydration to see if that helps. So, to other newbies - be encouraged that it is doable!

Well done on completing week 2 Mustbe! Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say the hydration tip really does work. I didn't catch on to it early but boy, it's one I swear by! Best of luck with week 3 🙂
