After struggling with run 2 was a bit wary for run 3 but it went really well still sweating as if i had been in a sauna lol.Although am stiff and have sore ankles and knees but cant wait to start on week 3 weather permitting lol good luck everyone this really helps having this

Brilliant. Well done - you're nearly 25% there! Things just carry on getting better and you'll find (injuries notwithstanding) that the soreness and stiffness and sweating and red face and breathlessness improve week on week. Something to look forward to, lol!
