Woke up this morning & for a split second thought about not doing the run/jog .... BUT ..... dragged my weary ass out of bed, gave myself a good talking to (as in, I'm not having to do this outside .... I'm on a treadmill in my garage) ..... whacked the tunes up & got on with it ..... feel so much better now .... roll on W5 !!!!!!!!
